We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items without original tags/packaging
If all items are returnable, you can mention: “All items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.”
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: We cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For other cases, please return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Restocking Fees:
We apply a 20% restocking fee on the product price for all returned items. Please be aware that this fee, equal to 20% of the total order value, will be deducted from your refund. The restocking charge helps cover the costs of processing, quality inspection, and placing the items back into inventory.
