To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team or follow the return instructions include in our website. Ensure the item is unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Return costs vary depending on the reason for the return. If the item is defective or incorrect, we do not charge any fees except the shipping which is $18.05. For other reasons, you may be responsible for shipping and processing fee which will cost $150.
